Castlemaine is buzzing with vibrant energy, artistic creativity and full of possibility. The possibility of going out every night and enjoy good music and theatre.... Well, we are not going out every night but we did go to the April's Fool Picnic in the park. It was lovely to go out in the evening, let the kids buzz around and catch up with friends. I made a wholemeal bread with rosemary, chili and some pesto, a simple potato and rosemary pizza, marinated eggplant, tomato and cheese. No picnic is complete with a bottle of our house wine.....we kicked back and enjoyed a night out. Lovely.
