Just some of the culinary highlights of our Easter Sunday Family Lunch ...

Warm kipfler potato salad with capers, fresh basil, olive oil and red wine vinegar

Roast Pork with a spicy rub of fennel seeds, lemon rind, sea salt and dried chilli
